RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- Only products purchased directly from Æ Scyntx's official website or authorized retailers are eligible for return.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.with the original packaging
2. Return Time Frame:
- International customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- After 30 days, we regretfully cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Once your return request has been approved, we will promptly provide you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions regarding the appropriate method and destination for sending your package.
4. Return Shipping:
- International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Æ Synctx is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
- Please kindly note that there may be a processing period required by your bank or credit card company in order to complete and finalize the refund transaction.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Please note that shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
- If you wish to exchange an item, you can initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- We will provide assistance and arrange for the return of the item, along with a replacement or refund.

- Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, including underwear, bras, and lingerie, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
