aesynctx.com operates a 14-day return policy. The product you purchased must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt and must be in new condition with the tag.

1. Please send an email to cs@aesynctx.com or fill out the Customer Service form on the bottom right of Shop page. Be sure to include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will respond to you promptly.

2. Once your request is confirmed, the product will be picked up within 2–3 business days. After inspection, the exchange item will be shipped, or a refund will be processed using your original payment method.
