aesynctx.com operates a 14-day return policy. The product you purchased must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt and must be in new condition with the tag.

1. Please send an email to cs@aesynctx.com or fill out the Customer Service form on the bottom right of Shop page. Please write the order number, product name you wish to process. Then our customer service team will respond promptly.

2. After confirming the application, the product will be picked up within 2-3 business days, and then the product will be exchanged for another product or a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
